Please be aware of our cancellation policy:
  • At least 10 days notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival date.
  • A $30 processing fee is then charged to you for each suite or house.
  • However, if you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled arrival you are financially responsible for your complete confirmed reservation.
  • Upon cancellation, you will be provided with a cancellation number and we will mail a cancellation notice. You must retain both the cancellation number and postcard to verify cancellation, should there be a question regarding your cancellation.
